Fees: The annual statutory representation fee is $129 per year. This is in addition to the $15 annual renewal fee assessed by the State of Utah. Please note that clients of Pattie S. Christensen, Esq only pay $25 per year for statutory representation plus the state fee.

Registered Agent Forms: To engage UtahRegisteredAgents.com Services, LLC as your statutory registered agent, you need to complete the appropriate Registered Information Change Form or else include us when forming your company.
